The goal of this concert/presentation is to bring awareness to mental illnesses that many musicians live with, to help destigmatize these struggles, and to encourage musicians to have open conversations about their mental health challenges. By talking about mental illness, we can create and sustain supportive communities for our colleagues in the music field.
